Terms of use.
The ground rules for using this website. Plain English, no surprises.
Effective date: July 4, 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
This website is operated by Xerensys ("Xerensys", "we", "us"), an AI consulting and automation business operating in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the site, you agree to them; if you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These terms cover the website only. Consulting engagements, automation builds, and any other services are governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) between Xerensys and the client, nothing on this site forms part of such an agreement unless that agreement says so.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and use its content for your own information. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or scanning it for vulnerabilities without permission, scraping it at disruptive volume, introducing malware, or using it in any way that breaks applicable law.
3. Content and intellectual property
The content of this site, text, design, graphics, logos, the Xerensys name and brand, belongs to Xerensys or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our prior written permission, except for fair quotation with attribution.
4. Information, not advice
The material on this site is general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation, and you shouldn't rely on it as such. Talk to us (or another qualified adviser) before making decisions based on anything you read here.
5. Results and testimonials
Figures, case studies, and testimonials on this site reflect specific engagements and experiences. They are illustrative of what's possible, they are not a promise of the results you will get. Outcomes depend on your business, data, tools, and how a system is adopted by your team.
6. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, a call-scheduling widget or a form-delivery service). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for their content or practices. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy for how they handle data on this site.
7. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site available, accurate, and up to date, but we provide it "as is" and don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always current. We may change, suspend, or remove content at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xerensys will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including, for UK and EU visitors, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all statutory rights that your local law gives you; these terms don't take them away.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal information, including cookies and your choices, is described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xerensys is established. If you access the site as a consumer from the UK or EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where that law provides for it.
